Casita Erick is a free standing building with a second floor one bedroom apartment. It is above our two horse stalls, and though the horses are quiet and we keep the place clean with minimal odor, this might not be the place for everyone. The horses are taken out, groomed and moved to our pastures down the street at 7am each morning. Casita Erick is just 100 feet from the oceanside pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen and includes towels and linens, Cable TV, ceiling fans, AC and a covered porch. It has just about everything you need and utilities are included. WiFi connection available. The apartment has a private entrance and parking area. Ask about long term rental deals.
