Casa Cary: Up to 4 people: $900 per week or $2,000 per month.

An additional $120 per week for up to 2 additional people.

Casita Erick: $550 per month for an extended stay of 6 months or more.

Reservation Policy and Payments:
25% non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. Payment made via PayPal after we have confirmed availability for booking.

The remainder is due in cash upon arrival.

Ask about long term rental deals for 6 months or more.

• Twice a week maid service is included in weekly rentals.
• A minimum of once a week maid service is required for stays of a month or more. Additional charges will depend on duties required.
• Personal laundry is 100 pesos per load, ironing not included. Laundering of our towels and linens is included in the rent. Guests are NOT allowed to do their own laundry in the apts.
